First-Time and Heavier Cleanings:
For first-time cleanings or heavier scoops of work like deep cleanings or move-out cleanings, our pricing is calculated on an hourly basis. The total cost will depend on the size of your residence and the extent of cleaning required. This approach allows us to provide a thorough and meticulous cleaning, ensuring that we address all areas of your home that need attention.
Recurring Services:
For ongoing services, we offer a flat-rate pricing structure. After our initial visit and assessment of your residence, we will provide you with a final rate for each visit based on the desired frequency. This flat rate is designed to provide you with consistent, high-quality cleaning at a predictable cost.
Yes, you can! It is very important that you provide any special instructions directly to our office so we can communicate with our team. All information provided will be added on your profile and placed in the permanent notes section. This makes your instructions available to any team that may clean your home in the future, as well as a reminder for your regular team.
We know that sending the same team is very important and we do our best to keep them on a regular basis. However, just like any workplace, we experience absences and unexpected emergencies. If that’s the case, we will send another team.
The payment methods available are credit card, cash, and check. If you are planning to pay with cash or check please have in mind that we must have a card on file for safety reasons. If you prefer to pay by card please note that your card will be charged right after the service is done. However, if you prefer to pay with a check or cash it should be given directly to our cleaners. If you will not be home and you would like to pay with cash or check please leave it on the counter top.
Yes! We know your pets are part of the family and we don’t have any problems having them around while we clean. However, if your pets are aggressive in any way please place them in a safe location to ensure the safety of our crew.
After the service is done our cleaners will ask you to do a full inspection in the areas we cleaned to make sure we were able to reach your expectation. If there is a need to re-do any areas please let our cleaner know before they leave the property and they will re-do those right away. If you are not home by the time our cleaners are done you have 24 hours to contact our office to report the missed areas and we will send our team back at no additional costs.
Our teams are allowed to receive tips and they appreciate them a lot. You can tip them directly or call our office to add the desired amount to your final bill.
Depending on the holiday there is a possibility we might have to reschedule your service for a more convenient date.
