Getting Ready for the Cleaning

To prepare for the cleaning, please follow these 5 simple steps:

Make sure the property has electricity and water
Please provide parking instructions while scheduling the appointment.
Before our team arrives please remove any clutter like clothing, kids toys, dishes in the kitchen sink, etc… By doing that you allow us to optimise our time focusing on the cleaning
Find a good spot for your pets to ensure their comfort, wellbeing and also guarantee the safety of our staff.
If you are not going to be home, please provide access instructions, a key, or a door code.

Once our team arrives they will proceed with a walkthrough to make sure the condition of the property matches the cleaning plan selected. If necessary our office will contact you to make the necessary adjustments
